I tricked them

I am always wanting to get out of the house on Sunday afternoons and enjoy the beautiful weather. Lovely rolling hills as far as the eyes can see and the mountains. Especially Hatcher's Pass. We went there in the winter to do some sledding and snow machining. Amazing. They groom the roads so snow machines can just fly along unheeded. The snow was beautiful. But we wondered how it would look in the summer. Oh my my my. Next time I go up I will shoot some video. It is just beautiful. So Green! Violently Green.

So last Sunday when we started loading up the kids I suddenly remembered that I needed pictures of the kids. I didn't get individuals when I swapped with my good friend Heather Humphreys when she came up in May. We had to do it quick and dirty. It was nippish out side. We are AZ families. I said hey lets do photos. Maybe there are photographers out there that have compliant families that love getting cool pictures but I don't have that kind of family. The complaining started up. I pretty much just plowed through all of them. Happy faced, I went into every room and gathered up appropriate clothes and got them out to the cars.

At one point Nathan looked at me and said, "you tricked us." Ha ha. Ya, I'm a little evil. But I just love taking pictures of my kids.

It went ok. I probably need to swap with another photographer some time. Ugg. But I got some good ones.
